What is Jumio?

How might you come in contact with us?

Validating your identification document

When you open an account with one of our customers, you may be asked to submit an identification document (ID) or other type of document for Jumio to validate its authenticity.

Verifying your identity

You may also be asked to submit an image of yourself so Jumio can compare your image to the image on the ID via facial recognition technologies. This allows Jumio to corroborate your ID with your image and ensure you are actually present during the verification.

Authenticating account access

You may be asked to submit a selfie each time you sign in to your account to prevent account takeover by fraudsters.
